Yes. Notifications & Alerts notify hosts, managers or reception the moment a visitor checks in, so nobody is left waiting or unaccounted for at the front desk.

Yes. Visitor Invites let you schedule a specific visit with a date, time and host. The guest receives an email with their QR code, directions and any documents to complete in advance via Express Check-In, so on the day they simply scan their code and they're in.

Switching any device, dashboard, tablet or Companion App, into Evacuation Mode gives you a live list of everyone currently signed in, visitors, staff and contractors alike.
You can mark each person as safe as they're accounted for, and once the drill ends, a detailed PDF report is generated automatically showing who was present, who was marked safe, and the overall completion percentage. -
Yes. Visitor Categories control the questions, documents, notifications and badge design shown at check-in for each type, contractors, meeting guests or deliveries can all have a different flow, and the category can still be changed during check-in if needed.

Yes. The companion app lets staff and visitors check in and out using their own smartphone and a site QR code, no shared screen needed at reception.

Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely. Administrators can set retention periods per data type, visitor data, staff data, photos, signed documents and feedback, ranging from 7 days up to 3 years, or indefinitely by default.
Once a retention period expires, data is automatically deleted and removed from backups within 28 days, with every change logged in a permanent audit trail. -
Yes. Document Signing lets you assign specific documents, like NDAs or safeguarding declarations, to a visitor category. Contractors sign digitally at check-in, and every signed document is stored and viewable from the dashboard.

By default, indefinitely, but administrators can set a specific retention period for visitor data, anywhere from 7 days to 3 years, after which it's automatically and permanently removed.
